On November 17, 2021, Mrs. Mouna Haraoui, President of the National Heritage Foundation accompanied by the members of the Executive Committee visited the Minister of Culture, H.E.M. Mohammad Mortada, in his office at the Ministry. They discussed cultural affairs, in particular the current state of the National Museum of Beirut and submitted to the Minister the new project construction of the pavilion adjacent to the Museum and a list of works not executed due to lack of funding, which delays its inauguration.
Minister Mortada expressed his admiration for the Foundation's achievements. He promised to provide all possible assistance in this field.
Finally, it was agreed to continue the exchange between the two parties with the aim of reviving cultural life in Lebanon and working to restore the country's true vocation.
